My story

Mind-heart connection

I am a restless soul who has explored the depths of the connection between body, mind and food. My journey began with a passionate love for medicine, which I studied for 4 years, but I soon realized that my true calling went beyond the walls of a hospital.

For many years, I have been an avid yoga practitioner and teacher, sharing my passion for this ancient discipline as a way to find inner peace and physical balance in a world full of chaos. My journey continued with an immersion in the world of sustainable nutrition at Harvard, where I discovered the transformative power our eating habits have on our health and the planet.

I firmly believe in the importance of reconnecting with our homemade food, of cultivating a conscious relationship with what we put in our bodies and what we do with it day to day to maintain it. In my vision of life, I consider that well-being is an intimate and personal path. Each person, with their particular upbringing and opportunities, charts their own path toward it, and it is in this diversity where I find greatness brimming with discoveries and challenges.

I am here to be your guide on this journey towards authentic and lasting well-being. Dare to challenge the limits, the established norms and transform yourself from the inside out.

Each yoga posture gently brings us towards inner calm.
